We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not yet available, but we’re working on it—stay tuned!

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), delivered take up to 4–5 business days.
You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp update once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Timeline
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to logistics provider delays, weather, or regional disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping across India
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 COD charge per order
We offer free COD during special campaigns or promotional periods.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track your order status from the “Track My Order” page on our website.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient:
Our team will attempt redelivery or contact you
After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and marked as canceled
We reserve the right to deduct return shipping charges from the refund (if applicable).

We use high-quality, secure, and eco-conscious packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition and reflect our premium black-on-black identity.
