Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BlackCat Lifestyle, we take pride in the quality of our all-black fashion pieces. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must be intact and packaging must be preserved

• Items marked as Final Sale, customized, or gift cards are non-returnable

• Footwear and accessories must be tried on indoors only

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please email us at support@blackcat-lifestyle.com with:

• Your Order ID

• Reason for return or exchange

• Photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)

Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• For damaged or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs

• For size changes or preference-based returns: You are responsible for shipping charges

• Your order will return,replace and exchange will delivered with in 7 days

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges (one-time) for the same product, subject to stock availability.

If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a full refund as per your preference.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them or before they are shipped—whichever is earlier.
